Frigate birds are the best flyers in the world. They feed by stealing food from gulls and other birds which requires acrobatics. They end up requiring the longest adolescence of any bird staying on the nest for 18 months.

Marine iguanas feed on algae in the waters around the islands. Though right at the equator these waters are cooled by the Humbolt current making it impossible for these cold blooded reptiles to feed without first getting real warmed up.
